THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to a Request
For Contest Case Hearing filed by Petitioner on February 19, 2008. On April 2,
2009, however, Respondent notified the Court by email that the parties reached
a settlement in this matter sub judice.
THEREFORE
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
