MATTER COMES before me at the request for a voluntary dismissal of the
above-captioned contested case. By settlement agreement received on March 9,
2009, the Court was notified that the Parties had resolved this matter. Based
on good cause shown,

IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that with the consent of all
parties hereto, this action, including all claims herein asserted by all
parties, is hereby dismissed.
