ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) based on a
Notice for Request for Contested Case Hearing on August 5, 3008. On February
20, 2009, however, Petitioner contacted the Court, stating that Respondent
agreed to pay a fine that is satisfactory for settling this matter sub
judice. Petitioner stated that a hearing is no longer necessary. Therefore,

IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED.
