ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) based on a
Notice of Appeal filed by Petitioners on April 17, 2008. On February 13, 2009,
however, Petitioners notified the Court that Respondent has agreed to settle this
matter sub judice.
THEREFORE
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
