ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the undersigned pursuant to Blue Lantern, Inc., d/b/a Blue
Lantern Bar’s Request for a Contested Case Hearing filed with the
Administrative Law Court on September 12, 2008. On January 13, 2009, the Respondent,
through its counsel of record, indicated that it wished to settle the matter
and withdraw its request for a contested case hearing.
THEREFORE,
the issues being resolved by settlement, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the
above-captioned matter is hereby DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE. The hearing
scheduled for February 10, 2008 is cancelled.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
