ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) from a Notice
of Appeal filed by Appellant on September 19, 2008. Appellant was seeking
review of an Order of Dismissal issued by the OMVH. On November 26, 2008,
however, Appellant filed a Motion To Dismiss, stating there was no interest in
moving forward with this matter sub judice.
THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
