ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Court (ALC or
Court) on January 17, 2008. On January 23, 2009 the Petitioner set forth a
letter stating they request for this case to be dismissed, in light of the fact
that the subject permit and certification have been withdrawn. Therefore,
finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
