ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) based on a
Notice of Appeal filed by Appellant on September 19, 2008. On January 12,
2009, however, Appellant filed a Notice Of Dismissal With Prejudice that this
matter sub judice has been settled and requested that both parties bear
their own costs and fees.
THEREFORE
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
