ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
Responded notified this Court by letter dated January 12, 2009, that all issues
in this action have been resolved and that the Respondent desired to withdraw
its request for a contested case hearing. There being no case in controversy
after the Respondent’s withdrawal,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The hearing set
