ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to a Notice of Appeal
filed on October 31, 2008, by Appellant Marion W. Willmeth regarding the Respondent
South Carolina Department of Transportation’s decision to terminate Appellant
as an employee with the Department. By letter dated December 20, 2008, Appellant
withdrew his request for an appeal. Accordingly,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
