ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the undersigned pursuant to the South Carolina Department of
Consumer Affairs’ (Department) petition for injunctive relief filed with the
Administrative Law Court (“ALC” or “Court”) on October 13, 2008. On November
21, 2008, the Department filed a Motion to Dismiss in which it stated that all
issues have been resolved in this matter. The parties resolved this matter
through a Settlement Agreement that was filed by the Department on December 1,
2008 and is attached hereto. Accordingly,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE in
accord with the Settlement Agreement attached hereto.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
