ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated November 21, 2008, that it
desired to withdraw its appeal from the decision of the South Carolina Office
of Motor Vehicle Hearings on the basis that its Motion for Reconsideration of
the Hearing Officer’s Order had been granted. There being no case in
controversy after the Petitioner’s withdrawal,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
