ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
This
matter arose from Petitioner’s Petition from Administrative Review, filed on
May 21, 2008, requesting the Court to determine whether Respondent had properly
assessed ad valorem taxes for the year 2006 on a Gulfstream G400 N527JG jet
aircraft owned by Petitioner.
It
appearing to the Court that the parties have now settled this dispute,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned contested case is hereby
dismissed with prejudice.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
