ORDERS:
ORDER FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT
By
Order filed October 13, 2008, the Respondent was directed to file an Answer to
the Petition submitted by the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs
with the Administrative Law Court no later than October 28, 2008. Further, the
Respondent was notified that “[f]ailure to file its Answer responding to the
Petition may result in default pursuant to ALC Rule 23.” To date, the court
has not received an Answer to the Petition from the Respondent or any
additional extension request. Therefore,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Respondent is in Default.
IT
IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner shall prepare a proposed order
granting the relief sought in the Petition and send it to the court for its
consideration by November 19, 2008.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
