ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was remanded to the Administrative Law Judge Division by an Order Granting Motion to
Dismiss issued on November 28, 2000, by The Honorable Sidney T. Floyd, Circuit Court Judge for the Fifteenth Judicial
Circuit. This matter was subsequently automatically stayed pursuant to Rule 225, SCACR, pending Petitioners' appeal of
the remand Order to the South Carolina Court of Appeals. It now appears, however, that the parties to this matter reached
an agreement in early 2002 that fully resolved the issues implicated in the pending appeal as well as the issues implicated in
all other pending legal actions between the various parties, including this matter. Accordingly, Petitioners' appeal was
dismissed by the Court of Appeals on January 31, 2002. Therefore, as there are no longer any justiciable issues remaining
in controversy in this case, and as the appeal staying this matter has been dismissed,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
