ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER COMES before me on Petitioner, David N. Gilley’s request for a
Contested Case Hearing to determine whether the South Carolina Law Enforcement
Division (“SLED”) erroneously denied Petitioner’s Private Security Registration.
Petitioner failed to respond to any correspondence from the Court and failed to
comply with the Court’s orders. A hearing was held on October 16, 2008.
Petitioner failed to attend the hearing.
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
