This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to a request for hearing
on the proposed regulation(s) filed October 6, 2008. A hearing has not been
set. By letter dated October 14, 2008, the South Carolina Department of Labor,
Licensing and Regulation, Board of Cosmetology, seeks the withdrawal of its
request for a hearing in this matter due to changes made to the proposed
regulation. The Proponent will request a new hearing at a later date. Therefore,
it is

ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
