In
the above-captioned matter, Petitioner, Chaos, Inc. / John P. Gore requested a
contested case hearing to challenge the decision of the Horry County Auditor,
upholding personal property taxes due on a watercraft and motor owned by
Petitioner for years 2007 and prior. Issues between the parties have been
resolved and a settlement has been reached and the Court is advised in the
premises.
The
parties now come before this Court seeking dismissal of this contested case.
THEREFORE,
upon the joint motion of Gene M. Connell, Jr., Attorney for the Petitioner and
Brenda L. Gorski, Attorney for the Respondent,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to the settlement reached by the parties,
this matter is DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
