ORDERS:
ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS
This
matter is before the undersigned pursuant to the South Carolina Department of
Consumer Affairs’ (“Department”) petition for injunctive relief filed with the Administrative Law Court on July 30, 2008. On September 16, 2008, the Department filed a
Motion to Dismiss in this matter. The Department requests dismissal of this
matter as all issues between the parties have been resolved. Accordingly,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to the settlement agreement attached hereto.
