ORDERS:

ORDER OF DISMISSAL (Regulation)

A hearing on the above-captioned matter was scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. ALC Rule 45 requires the agency to provide a statement, at least ten days before the scheduled hearing date, confirming the need for a hearing pursuant to S.C. By letter dated August 15, 2008, the South Carolina Department of Insurance advised the court that it did not receive any such requests for a hearing on the regulation in the above-captioned matter and that a hearing will not be necessary.
