ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is a contested case
appeal of an air quality permit. By consent order dated February 22, 2008, this
case was stayed to allow ISP Minerals, Inc., additional time to make tests and
evaluate whether to pursue the permit. ISP Minerals, Inc., has now withdrawn
its permit application and authorized DHEC to cancel its permit, and this
proceeding is now moot. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this
matter be, and same hereby is, DISMISSED, without prejudice.
