ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to a request for a
contested case hearing filed April 12, 2008 by Petitioner John, monk. By
letter dated July 23, 2008, the Petitioner informed the court that he has
“decided not to pursue this matter” and wishes to withdraw his request for a
contested case hearing. Therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that the contested case hearing previously scheduled for September 3-4, 2008 is
cancelled. It is further
ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
