ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On
July 14, 2008, counsel for the parties in this matter informed the Court that
they have agreed to settle the matter, and Respondent Newberry County Memorial
Hospital has agreed to provide certain patient medical records to the
Petitioner. Accordingly,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
IT
IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner shall not have the right to re-file
this action and agrees to file no additional actions related to the Subpoenas,
which are the subject of the instant matter.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
