The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Court. On December
2, 2004, a letter was received from Petitioner stating that she is withdrawing her appeal in this
matter. There being no further controversy.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
