ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In
the above-captioned matter, Respondent requested a contested case hearing
before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court. The parties have now
agreed to settle this contested case and filed a Consent Agreement on June 4,
2008, for this Court’s approval. Accordingly, the Consent Agreement is
incorporated herein by reference and made an order of this Court, and
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
