By a letter dated November 23, 2004, the South Carolina Department of Health and
Human Services informed this tribunal that the proposed regulations that are the subject of the
above-captioned matter have not been published in the State Register and that the hearing on the
proposed regulations scheduled for January 13, 2005, would not need to be held. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing on the proposed regulations identified
above scheduled for Thursday, January 13, 2005, is CANCELED and this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
