ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“ALC” or “Court”) pursuant to a
request for a contested case hearing filed by Petitioner Seewee Bay Company,
LLC (“Seewee”) on October 11, 2007. In its request, Seewee challenges the
final agency determination of Respondent South Carolina Department of Revenue
regarding the valuation of the conservation easement donated by Seewee to the
North American Land Trust.
On
May 22, 2008, counsel for both parties submitted a Consent Motion For Dismissal
to the Court and requested that this matter be dismissed as the parties reached
a settlement on all contested issues. Based upon the request of the parties in
this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO
