ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
Petitioner notified this Court by letter dated May 19, 2008, that it desired to
withdraw its appeal from the decision of the Department of Motor Vehicles
Hearing Officer reducing Respondent’s Habitual Offender status. There being no
case in controversy after the Petitioner’s withdrawal,

IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
