ORDERS:
DISMISSAL ORDER
On
April 30, 2008, the Department moved to dismiss the above captioned matter
based on Appellant’s failure to file an appellate brief within thirty (30) days
of the filing of the record on appeal, as required by ALC Rule 37(A). The
record was filed and served on March 5, 2008. By letter dated May 5, 2008, R.
Brady Vannoy as counsel for Appellant Jonathan Alfred West avers that he
consents to the Department’s motion and withdraws his appeal in the
above-captioned matter. Therefore, based on the Department’s motion and
Appellant’s consent and withdrawal, this matter is DISMISSED with
prejudice.
