ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Petitioner, South Carolina
Department of Consumer Affairs, which, with the consent of the Respondent, CTX
Mortgage Company, LLC, moves for a voluntary dismissal of the above-captioned
case. By letter dated March 26, 2008, the Court was notified that the Parties
had settled this matter, and that all issues have been resolved. Based on good
cause shown,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2)
of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, with the consent of all parties
hereto, this action, including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is
hereby dismissed.
