ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“Court”) pursuant to the March
25, 2008 Petition filed by Petitioner South Carolina Department of Consumer
Affairs (“Department”). On April 4, 2008, counsel for the Department submitted
a Motion to Dismiss and informed the Court that all issues in the
above-referenced matter have been resolved. Accordingly,

IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
