Appellant
filed a notice of appeal in the above-captioned matter with the Administrative
Law Court on November 19, 2007. On March 4, 2008, Appellant filed a motion to
dismiss his appeal with prejudice based upon the fact that he longer wishes to
pursue this matter. Therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
