ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On
March 5, 2008, Mr. Robert Rikard as attorney for Respondent filed a Consent
Agreement, SLED Case No. 54-07-00271, executed by the parties that resolves
this matter. That Consent Agreement is incorporated by reference herein and
made an order of this court. Therefore,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED with
prejudice and the hearing scheduled for March 14, 2008, is canceled.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
