ORDERS:
ORDER
This
matter is before the undersigned pursuant to the South Carolina Department of
Consumer Affairs’ (“Department”) petition for injunctive relief filed with the Administrative Law Court on February 6, 2008. On March 12, 2008, the Department filed a
Motion to Dismiss in which it stated that the parties have voluntarily agreed
to settle all issues pertaining to this matter.
THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDERED that the Department’s Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED and
the above-captioned matter be and hereby is DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
