ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Court is advised by counsel for the parties in
this matter that the parties have elected to pursue alternatives other than
this litigation in order to resolve the issues presented by this case.
Accordingly, with the consent of all parties, this action is dismissed without
prejudice. The Petitioner shall have the right to re-file this action if other
means of resolution prove unsuccessful, and the Respondent hospital, by
consenting to the entry of this Order, agrees that it will raise no objection
to the re-filing of this matter based on the fact of Petitioner’s decision to
agree to the present dismissal without prejudice.
AND IT SO ORDERED.
