ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter comes before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to Petitioner’s request
for a contested case hearing to challenge Respondent’s December 12, 2007
determination that Petitioner’s proposed repair work to The Links Golf Course at
the Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms was not exempt from Respondent’s
normal permitting requirements. The parties have now agreed to settle this matter
and have filed a Consent Order of Settlement (Consent Order), which is
incorporated herein by reference. Having approved
of the terms of the Consent Order,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
