ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A hearing was held in this matter on
February 6, 2008 at the offices of the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court).
At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court orally ordered Respondent to cease
and desist from entering into new pawn transactions. During a conference call
held with the parties on February 11, 2008, the Court was informed that, since
the hearing, Respondent has fully complied with the Department’s demands (i.e.,
Respondent has paid a $750 fine and has submitted a pawn ticket, a forfeiture
notice, and evidence of current financial responsibility (bond)). Therefore, since
there are no remaining issues to be resolved,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the cease and desist order
issued on February 6, 2008 is rescinded; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
