ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter comes before
the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the petition of the
South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs (Department). On February 6, 2008,
the Department filed a Motion to Dismiss, which set forth that all issues in
this matter have been resolved. Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be dismissed.
