ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Petitioner, South Carolina Department of Revenue which, with the consent of the Respondent, CB Management of Sumter, moves for a voluntary dismissal of the above-captioned contested case. By letter dated January 25, 2008, the Court was notified that the Parties had settled this matter. Based on good cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, with the consent of all parties hereto, this action, including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is hereby dismissed. That previous Order of the Court filed December 12, 2007 which scheduled this matter for a hearing is vacated.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
