ORDER

This matter is before the undersigned pursuant to the Petitioner’s petition for injunctive relief filed with the Administrative Law Court on December 21, 2007. On January 28, 2008, the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs (“Department”) filed a Motion to Dismiss pursuant to a Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Department and the Respondents, in which the Respondents agreed to pay a fine in the amount of five-hundred (500.00) dollars to the Department and surrender its license for its office located at 1010 5th Avenue North, Suite 101M, Surfside Beach, South Carolina.[1]

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Department’s Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Agreement shall be binding upon all parties to this matter.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
