ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Court. It appears to the
satisfaction of the Court that this case has been fully and finally settled by agreement between the
parties, pursuant to the attached letter dated October 20, 2004, which is made a part of this Order.
There being no further controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is settled and
dismissed.
