ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to a request for a
contested case hearing filed October 17, 2007 by Petitioner Colleen Monaghan
(“Monaghan”). By letter dated January 3, 2008, counsel for Monaghan informed
the court that Monaghan no longer wishes to pursue the above-referenced matter.
Therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
