ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Court (ALC or
Court) on October 4, 2007. On January 4, 2008 the Department set forth a Motion
to Dismiss stating that Respondents had submitted the requested renewal
documents and paid a seven hundred and fifty dollar administrative fine.
Therefore, the Department requests that this action be dismissed. Finding good
case,
