ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Court on November
28, 2007. On December 21, 2007, the Petitioner set forth a letter stating that
he was withdrawing his request for a contested case hearing in this matter. The
Petitioner indicated that his concerns were alleviated after meeting with
representatives from the U.S. Department of Energy and Washington Savannah
River Company. Therefore, finding good cause,

IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
