ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
(Amendment to Regulation)
A
hearing on the above-captioned matter was scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. on
Friday, January 11, 2008 at the offices of the Administrative Law Court (ALC).
ALC Rule 45 requires the agency to provide a statement, at least ten days
before the scheduled hearing date, confirming the need for a hearing pursuant
to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110 (2005) on the basis that a request for a hearing
was made by twenty-five persons, a governmental subdivision or agency, or an
association having not less than twenty-five members. The South Carolina
Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation advised the ALC by letter dated January
3, 2008 that it did not receive any such requests for a hearing on the proposed
regulation in the above-captioned matter and that a hearing will not be
necessary. Therefore, it is
ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 11, 2008 is cancelled. It is further
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
