ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By letter filed December 15, 2007, Frederick W. Tonsing on behalf of Petitioners advised this court that he requests this case be dismissed and wishes to withdraw his request for a contested case hearing because the county assessor has reassessed his home. The new assessment is agreeable to him and his wife.
Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to Petitioners’ request, the above-captioned matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
