ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
Appellant, South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles notified this Court by
letter dated November 28, 2007 that it desired to withdraw its appeal from the
decision of the Department of Motor Vehicles Hearing Officer rescinding
Respondent’s driver’s license. There being no case in controversy after the Appellant’s
withdrawal,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
