ORDERS:
ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION
These
matters are currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law
Court. On September 14, 2007; October 4, 2007; and October 29, 2007, the Petitioners
filed motions to consolidate the above matters because they involve the same
parties and the same underlying facts. Respondent consents to consolidation of
these matters. The court finds that the same or substantially similar evidence
is relevant and material to the matters at issue in each case. Therefore, in
the interest of judicial economy and with the consent of all parties, it is
hereby
ORDERED that these matters are consolidated into one contested case pursuant to ALC Rule
19(D). It is further
ORDERED that the caption in this matter is amended as listed above and shall bear
Docket No. 07-ALJ-07-0391-CC. The files for Docket Nos. 07-ALJ-07-0458-CC, 07-ALJ-07-0504-CC,
07-ALJ-07-0503-CC, 07-ALJ-07-0502-CC, and 07-ALJ-07-0556-CC shall be closed and
merged into Docket No. 07-ALJ-07-0391-CC.
