ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On
November 20, 2007, the parties submitted an executed consent agreement
indicating that all issues had been resolved and requested that this case be
dismissed with prejudice by form order. Therefore, the consent agreement filed
on November 20, 2007, and bearing SLED Case No. 54-06-1696 is hereby
incorporated by reference and made an order of this court.
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed from the Administrative Law
Court docket with prejudice. AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
