ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently before the Administrative Law Court upon an appeal of the decision
of DHEC/OCRM to issue to Berkeley Hall, LLC a dock permit, P/N # OCRM-2001-1E-498-P and
an amendment to same. The parties have now reached an agreement to resolve all issues in this case.
Upon motion and consent of all parties it is agreed that this matter is dismissed with prejudice
as to all parties. The Petitioner hereby agrees to withdraw and dismiss her appeal and is satisfied that
her concerns have been addressed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
